أثر التعليم في الهواء الطلق على تنمية مهارات الأطفال في مدارس الطفولة المبكرة: دراسة تطبيقية على عينة من مدارس التعليم الخاص في الأردن

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع التعليم في الهواء الطلق وأثره على تنمية مهارات الأطفال في مدارس الطفولة المبكرة من وجهة نظر معلمات مدارس التعليم الخاص في الأردن. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تطبيق الاستبانة الإلكترونية على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (100) معلمة من معلمات مدارس الخاصة للطفولة المبكرة في الأردن. كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع التعليم في الهواء الطلق وأثره على تنمية مهارات الأطفال (الاجتماعية، الحركية، المعرفية، العاطفية) في مدارس الطفولة المبكرة من وجهة نظر معلمات مدارس التعليم الخاص في الأردن جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع التعليم في الهواء الطلق وأثره على تنمية مهارات الأطفال (الاجتماعية، الحركية، المعرفية، العاطفية) في مدارس الطفولة المبكرة من وجهة نظر معلمات مدارس التعليم الخاص في الأردن تبعاً للمتغيرات سنوات الخبرة في التدريس، والمرحلة العمرية التي تدرّسها، والمؤهل العلمي. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توجيه الجهود نحو تطوير مناهج تعليمية تُدمج الأنشطة الخارجية في الحياة اليومية للأطفال

أثر الإشراف التشاركي في المدارس على المناعة التنظيمية

الملخص: جاءت هذه الدراسة لاستكشاف دور الإشراف التشاركي على تعزيز المناعة التنظيمية في المدارس، حيث يعتبر الإشراف التربوي أحد العناصر الحيوية في تحسين جودة التعليم. تتناول الدراسة تحديات النظام الإشرافي الحالي، بما في ذلك قلة تدريب المشرفين ونقص التعاون بين المشرفين والمعلمين. تشير النتائج إلى أن تطبيق الإشراف التشاركي يمكن أن يعزز فعالية العملية التعليمية عبر تحسين التفاعل والتعاون بين جميع الأطراف المعنية، لكن التطبيق الفعلي ما زال محدوداً. توصي الدراسة بتعزيز برامج تدريب المشرفين وتطوير الذكاء التربوي، وتدريب المعلمين على أساليب تدريس متقدمة والإشراف التشاركي، مع ضرورة الاستفادة من التكنولوجيا وإجراء دراسات إضافية في سياقات تعليمية متنوعة.

دراسة وصفية في الخطاب النقدي لدى الغذامي

الملخص: هدف البحث الموسوم ب” دراسة اتستقرائية في الخطاب النقدي لدى الغذامي” إلى الوقوف على أهم المرجعيات النقدية لدى الغذامي، والكشف عن أهم الخصائص والسمات التي اتسم بها خطابه النقدي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة في مقدمة ومحورين وخاتمة، أما المحور الأول فعنوانه: مرجعيات النقد لدى الغذامي، وجاء المحور الثاني بعنوان: خصائص وسمات الخطاب النقدي عند الغذامي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج من أهمها: من أبرز المرجعيات النقدية التي تأثر بها الغذامي بشكل واضح التفكيكية وهي التي تعلن موت المؤلف وولادة القارئ، من الخصائص والسمات التي اتسم بها الخطاب النقدي لدى الغذامي: الجمع بين النقد التراثي القديم والنقد الغربي الحديث، إيجاد منهج ألسني يجمع بين عدة مناهج إذ جمع الغذامي بين كل من البنيوية والسيميولوجية والتشريحية.

Improving Listening Comprehension Skills in English Using a Note-Taking Strategy Among Secondary School Students in Iraqi Schools

Abstract: The main objective of the study is to evaluate the effect of applying a note-taking strategy on improving listening comprehension skills in English among secondary school students in Iraqi schools. The literature review highlighted the challenges EFL students face in this area as well as the significance of listening comprehension for language acquisition. The study was notable since it examined several listening comprehension procedures, with a focus on note-taking techniques. The analysis comprised research from a range of cultural contexts, including Vietnam, Jordan, Iran, Armenia, and Turkey. When all is said and done, the statistics suggest that teaching EFL students in Iraqi secondary schools’ efficient note-taking strategies significantly enhances their capacity for listening comprehension. These findings provide scholars, educators, and policymakers with relevant evidence that supports the inclusion of note-taking strategies as an essential part of language acquisition processes. The study highlights how important it is to employ a range of context-specific and diversified teaching tactics in order to improve secondary school students’ overall English as a foreign language education in Iraqi classrooms, given that language acquisition is a complex process. The study suggested that curriculum developers and educational establishments consider incorporating particular teaching on note-taking strategies within the English language curriculum. Additionally, it provides English language teachers with the opportunity to advance their careers and gain the knowledge and abilities required to effectively train and encourage note-taking habits. In addition, implement continuous assessment protocols that measure students’ note-taking skills and their impact on listening comprehension.

The Role of Digital Financial Services in Enhancing Customer Experience in the Banking Sector

Abstract: The research examined how customer satisfaction, loyalty, and bank financial performance are affected by the adoption and use of digital banking services (DBS). To improve service delivery, banks have been investing more in digital platforms due to the quick development of digital technology. This research used a qualitative method and a comprehensive analysis of the literature to investigate the connections between customer experience, financial results, and digital banking services. According to the resarch, DBS offers improved accessibility, customization, and convenience, which considerably raises consumer happiness and loyalty. The quality of digital services is largely determined by factors like customer support effectiveness, system dependability, and ease of use. These components are essential for creating satisfying client encounters and encouraging enduring loyalty. Furthermore, the study demonstrates a robust correlation between enhanced customer satisfaction and improved bank financial performance. Improved customer satisfaction and loyalty result in improved profitability, lower complaint rates, and higher retention rates. The results emphasize how crucial it is for banks to make investments in top-notch digital services in order to satisfy client demands and promote financial success. Among the suggestions are raising the caliber of services rendered, getting and evaluating client feedback on an ongoing basis, and using data analytics to adjust to changing client demands. Subsequent investigations ought to concentrate on longitudinal analyses to evaluate enduring consequences, cross-regional comparisons, and the impact of developing technology on digital banking. For financial institutions looking to maximize their digital products and achieve long-term success in a cutthroat market, this research offers insightful information.
